Natuna - As many as 270 health workers in Natuna have undergone the first phase of the Covid-19 vaccination. The rest are currently waiting for their turn.

Caretaker of Head of the Health Service, Natuna Regency, Hikmat Aliansyah said that the vaccine distribution process is currently underway.

For sub-districts that are outside Bunguran Besar Island (district center). The distribution process will use KM. Indra Perkasa owned by the Regional Government.

"For those in the vicinity of Bunguran Island, currently the vaccination process has started. One of them is at the Ranai Public Health Center," said Hikmat, when met the mass rapid test event at SMA 1 Ranai, Tuesday (2/2/2021).

When confirmed the problem of a large number of community refusals against vaccination, Hikmat explained that in the future the Health Office would further increase the socialization regarding Covid 19 vaccination.

"So that people are no longer consumed by hoaxes and false issues about the covid vaccine. So far, people have watched too many hoaxes and believed unclear information carelessly related to vaccines," he said.

He hoped that the community can jointly succeed in the vaccination program of the central government.
