Grandma and Her Two Grandchildren in Tanjungpinang Were Confirmed Positive for Covid-19

Tanjungpinang - Three Tanjungpinang residents were confirmed positive for Covid-19 on Friday (24/7/2020). These new patients are a family. They were recorded as patient 30, 31, and 32 in Tanjungpinang.

The three patients namely, Mrs. RZ aged 68 years and two grandchildren US boy (13) and AM girl (9) live at Jalan Brigjen Katamso, Tanjung Unggat Village, Bukit Bestari District.

Rahma explained that the patient had a history of contact with a suspected Covid-19, a daughter-in-law of Mrs. RZ, and is a father of US and AM.

The man had traveled to Solo, Surabaya, and Jakarta. He was reactive COVID when checked, and still waiting for the results of the swab.

"The three have no history of overseas travel or infected areas. The swab examination was continued with PCR tests on July 23, 2020, at Midiyato Hospital," he explained.

Rahma continued, at this time the condition of the three patients was stable and was quarantined in the Riau Province's Shelter Home. It's just that, AM (9 years) had experienced vomiting before.

Rahma urged the public to always implement health protocols during the new life adaptation of the Covid pandemic.
