Batam - Director President of PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk, Abidin, revealed, the purchase of a 10 percent stake owned by PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk, as a form of investor confidence in Sat Nusapersada. The additional person who bought the shares was Taiwan's Pegatron company, Asus Investment.Co.Ltd.

The shares were bought at the same time proving, that foreign investor’s confidence in PT Sat Nusapersada cannot be debated.

"The buyer is Asus Investment co.ltd., Is a subsidiary of Pegatron company," Abidin told Batamnews via telephone on Wednesday (04/08/2020).

The purchase price of Rp236/sheet. And the maximum total sales reached Rp 125 billion. "So Pegatron has already a 10 percent stake in PT Sat Nusapersada," Abidin said.

According to Abidin, this also indicates that Pegatron still sees Sat Nusapersada as a strategic partner (strategic partner) in business.

"With this relationship between Sat Nusapersada who has been established with Pegatron, it is getting even closer," Abidin said.

Abidin explained, Pegatron chose to buy Sat Nusapersada's shares in the midst of the current corona virus crisis because they considered the importance of cooperation with Sat Nusapersada.
