Escaped in Singapore, A Family in Tanjungpinang was Negative Coronavirus

Tanjungpinang - Ministry of Health in Tanjungpinang said that the swap laboratory tested  for seven patient  in Tanjungpinang was negative for Coronavirus.

Head of Ministry of Health in Tanjungpinang, Rustam explained, the results of the laboratory of sample  blood and throat liquid of the seven family was good and negative.

"Alhamdulillah, the health check during the quarantine was good and healthy on observation period," Rustam said, Friday (2/14/2020).

According to Rustam, the family was not sick during the health check and the contact restriction period was over.

Beside that, the results of their sputum or oropharyngeal and nasopharyngeal test was also negative.

"Therefore, they confirmed was healthy or negative of coronavirus and they can do a normal activities," Rustam explained.

Rustam conveyed, the results of their test was good. So, they have to no worry again on possibility of contracting coronavirus.

As known, The family in Tanjungpinang was observed after six of them returned from Singapore on 4 February.

The Singapore health authority was announced earlier to Batam Immigration for the six residents. A total of seven people were observed, including a child who lived with them.
