Tanjungpinang - One of the commissioners of Riau Islands Provincial General Election Commission (KPU), Priyo Handoko, was reactive to Covid-19. Priyo underwent self-quarantine at his residence.

Head of the Riau Islands Provincial Health Office Mochammad Bisri confirmed this.

"The person concerned (PH) underwent two rapid tests, the first rapid test results were non-reactive, but the second rapid test was reactive," Bisri said, Thursday (29/10/2020).

Bisri added, after Covid-19 reactive, then a nose throat swab test or swab.

"The swab was carried out two days ago, currently the results of the relevant swab have not come out. Maybe if not this afternoon the results will come out," said Bisri.

Bisri also added that before being declared reactive to Covid-19, he previously made an official trip from Jakarta.

"Yes, he has made a business trip in for regional elections, and after the slowdown from Jakarta, a rapid test was carried out and the results were reactive," he said again.
