Already 590 Swabs were Tested Post Governor of the Riau Islands Positive Covid

Tanjungpinang - The number of people, officials, and officials in the Riau Islands Provincial Government from the first day to the third day the opening of the swab test post at the Raja Ahmad Tabib Hospital in Tanjung Pinang has reached 590 people.

The swab test conducted at RSUP Raja Ahmad Tabib was a result of the exposure of the personal bodyguard (Walpri) Governor of Riau Islands with the initial DPS of Covid-19.

"The first-day of swab test took place on Thursday (30/7) there were 93 people," said Secretary of the Riau Islands TS Arif Fadillah when reporting the results of the swab to the Governor of Riau Islands on Saturday (1/8/2020).

Furthermore, the report on the results of the second day of the swab test that took place on Friday (7/31/2020) in the Raja Ahmad Tabib hospital swab informed that there were more than 124 people.

The second day of the swab, continued Arif, to coincide with the Idul Adha 2020.

"There is an increase in the results of the second day's swab from the previous day, this is because the provincial government and the Covid-19 task force team are actively informing the public about the swab," he said.

Arif who is also the daily chairman of the Riau Islands Covid-19 task force team added, an increase in the number of people in swabs was increasing on this third day on Saturday (1/8/2020).

"The third day of the swab test in RSUP totaled 373 people. So that the total from the first day to the third day totaled 590 people," he said.

The swab check is also planned to continue for the next few days.
