Batam - The development of the Covid-19 case in Batam, Riau Islands continues to show a positive trend. As of Tuesday (29/9/2020), the number of patient cures surpassed the additional positive cases of Corona.

The spokesman for the Batam Covid-19 Task Force Team, Azril Apriansyah, revealed that there were an additional 27 positive cases and 36 patients recovered yesterday.

"Complete data on recovered patients and additional positive cases are being compiled," said Azril, Tuesday morning.

In the recapitulation of daily cases, there were accumulatively 1,575 cases of Corona in Batam.

The cure rate has exceeded a thousand which was 1,002. Meanwhile, 526 patients were still being treated and 47 people died.

Meanwhile, the location for well-known patient care is in 11 hospitals in Batam. Patients were also recorded as undergoing independent treatment/isolation, according to data from the Batam Covid-19 Task Force.
