Good morning Mr. President. How are you today? ... i wish you, your family, and your peoples be healthy as always.

I am Suqyan Rahmat, 36 years old, a male. A Melayu ethnic, one of ethnic in Nusantara race. I'll tell you here about my minds. 

Republic of Indonesia cruelties will always on our memory. Because their criminalism that got full supported from all other foreign ethnics and all their institutions, especially police and army. So i sued their responsibilities.

When Republic of Indonesia head of government already did their responsibilities, insya allah i am gonna execute my wisdoms. Thirty two new souvereign states for world and our common goodness.

I already made these thirty two new states map. From Republic of Aceh, Republic of Tapanuli, Republic of Mandailing, Republic of Minang, Republic of Sriwijaya, Sultanate of Siak Sri Indrapura, Republic of Meranti, Sultanate of Riouw, Republic of Bangka Belitung, Republic of Pasundan, Republic of Batavia, Republic of Mataram, Republic of Madura, Kingdom of Bali, Kingdom of Sumbawa, Republic of Timor Barat, Republic of Flores, Republic of Tanimbar, Republic of Central Papua, Republic of West Papua, Republic of Maluku Selatan, Republic of Maluku Utara, Republic of Miangas, Republic of Minahasa, Republic of Gorontalo, Sultanate of Buton, Kingdom of Gowa, Republic of Makassar, Republic of Banjar, until Republic of Dayak. Also two other states in central Sulawesi.

Insya Allah these thirty two new states gonna unite in Perserikatan Nusantara. We are gonna work together in many fields. Such as state security, environment, man power, common market, and transportation. Our headquarter is in Banjarmasin. We are gonna held Nusantara Cup every four year to make our life be more cheerful and full of happiness.

From Sumatra until Papua, i just own Batam and islands in Riau archipelago for my ethnic. I make Batam island as Riouw capital, place of some federal government buildings and my family houses. I love whole islands in Riau archipelago. Batam, Bintan, and Karimun are islands that i love the most. A lovely unity forever.

I work all day for our success in many fields, i meant my success and my ethnic success. Especially in education, politic, economy, military, technology, culture, sport, and others. Melayu ethnic as owner half of Riouw economy is my specific goal, independent in economy. In fields that i arranged for Melayu ethinic in trade, based on my minds. I wanna Riouw become the most prosperous and the most advance country in Asia.

I've made Riouw constitution and i named it as Aturan Utama Riouw. Melayu language as our official language. I designed Riouw as a federal state with parliementary system, that consisted from eight provinces. After i pension, i am gonna make Tengku Mahkota Riouw as a Sultan Riouw. Insya Allah Riouw gonna be a United Nations member.

These are names of my cabinet ministers. They are Turcahyadi Hario Sucipto (Marine Minister), Amrin Zaini (Economy and Finance Minister), Zulfahri Afiat (Defence Minister), Isdianto (Home Minister), Hamid Rizal (Foreign Affair Minister), Kustiawan (Pension Minister), Susardi Raju (Transportation Minister), Maaz Ismail (Culture and Tourism Minister), Raja Ariza (Environment Minister), Abdul Basyid (Education Minister), Raja Amirullah (Healthy Minister), Wahyudi Wahab (Technology Minister), Adam Deri (Social Minister), Abang Reda Yazid (Industry and Trade minister), Yusri Mandala (Plantation Minister), Usman M Nil (Public Work Minister), Abdul Haris (Law Minister), Wan Siswandi (Man Power Minister), Ayu (Business Developing Minister), and Zukifli Ali (State Companies Minister). 

Special for United States of America, your companies have right to own three per ten petrol station in all new states capital. Right to own Central Papua territory. And right to build a military base in Natuna. 

This is all i told you in this very special letter. It's an honour to me to correspondence with you his highness.
