Batam, Batamnews - Batam City, Riau Islands again recorded zero new cases of Corona for 4 consecutive days.

On Monday (11/8/2021), the Batam Covid-19 Task Force Team only reported 1 patient recovered.

Meanwhile, 8 people who are inactive cases are still undergoing a period of healing.

These eight active cases consist of 6 self-isolated patients and two people being treated at Awal Bros Hospital and Embung Fatimah Hospital, Batam.

From November 1 until today, Batam has only recorded 7 cases of Corona.

The cure rate is 96.71 percent or as much as 24,983 from the accumulation of 25,831 during the pandemic.

The death rate can also be reduced and remains at 3.25 percent or 840 people until now.

One additional patient recovered, affecting the map of the distribution of Corona cases in Batam.

Now, 9 of the 12 sub-districts in Batam have green zone status, namely Belakang Padang, Bulang, Galang, Sekupang, Lubuk Baja, Sagulung, Seibeduk, Bengkong, and Batu Ampar.

Meanwhile, the three sub-districts in the yellow zone are Batam with 6 cases, Batuaji and Nongsa each with 1 case.
