As part of the Panbil Group's contribution in supporting regional economic recovery policies and efforts during the pandemic, Panbil Group through its development and area management business units carries out preparatory activities for the development of industrial and residential areas on an area of approximately 50 ha².

This development has been carefully planned, where the application for land expansion was submitted in 2015 to BP Batam, as the agency in charge and authorized in the field of license, guidance, and supervision of management, development, and development activities in the free trade area and free port of Batam.

After completing all the requirements, the application was approved by BP Batam in 2018, with the implementation of development initiated in early 2021, until the land preparation activities are currently underway.
