Batam, Batamnews - As one of the growing and developing business groups in Batam, Riau Islands (Kepri), Panbil Group has an important responsibility to support the progress and development of the economy in Batam. Panbil has also been running business activities in the Industrial City for more than 30 years.

As part of the Panbil Group's contribution in supporting regional economic recovery policies and efforts during the pandemic, Panbil Group through its development and area management business units carries out preparatory activities for the development of industrial and residential areas on an area of approximately 50 ha².

"The development of this industrial area is in response to the needs of investors who need land to start or develop a business in Batam. Likewise with residential areas, where the construction of new units is expected to meet the demands of potential customers," wrote Panbil Group in a written release received by Batamnews.

This development has been carefully planned, where the application for land expansion was submitted in 2015 to BP Batam, as the agency in charge and authorized in the field of license, guidance, and supervision of management, development, and development activities in the free trade area and free port of Batam.

After completing all the requirements, the application was approved by BP Batam in 2018, with the implementation of development initiated in early 2021, until the land preparation activities are currently underway.

"With the negative and tendentious reports related to permits and legality of land development activities, Panbil Group confirms that all land development activities carried out have been equipped with the necessary permits, including permits related to land legality status, the environment, and land development activities. " wrote Panbil Group.
