Batam - Two corona positive doctors in Batam, Riau Islands, recovered from corona virus (Covid-19). Both were declared cured of the corona virus (Covid-19) after being intensively treated for three weeks at the Batam Business Entity Hospital (RSBP).

Both were warmly welcomed when they left the treatment room. Out of the treatment room the medical team and fellow doctors immediately greeted with applause.

Rizki Amanda Sari, is a general practitioner and patient 09 who was treated at the Batam Hospital since 9 April 2020. Previously, her biological mother was a patient 08 was declared cured.

Rizki's journey was not easy, based on the history of the re-swab examination on April 10, 2020, the results showed negative, but the second swab, the results were positive.

Rizki was forced to undergo intensive treatment. Then on April 17, 2020 the third swab was returned and showed negative. And on April 29, 2020, the fourth swab was received with a negative result. Therefore, Rizki was fully recovered.

Another patient who was cured, Fitri who is a dentist at the Batuaji Health Center also said something similar. During 16 days of intensive care, the medical team always provided motivation to recover.

The Chairman of the Covid-19 Team at Batam Hospital, who is also a lung spatial doctor, Tafsir added that both patients while undergoing treatment only complained of fever, cough or pain in the throat.

"We have already re-examined the x-ray, and the results are still within normal limits," said Tafsil.
