Tanjungpinang - The fashion show held at CK Hotel Tanjungpinang, Riau Islands was disbands on Tuesday (11/24/2020) night.

The disbandment of the event sponsored by the Exotics Model Project was led directly by The Mayor of Tanjungpinang Rahma because the organizers ignored the health protocol.

According to Rahma, the event ignored health protocols due to the large crowd. In addition, the event organizers could not show the permits that should have been managed before the event took place.

Rahma appealed to everyone in the future to be aware of the importance of government regulations and health protocols. Because based on current data, Tanjungpinang residents who have been confirmed Covid-19 are still growing, so that several rooms in the hospital are full.

"We apologize profusely to the organizers and committee of the Exotics Model Project," he said.

Rahma explained, with the prevailing regulations, this activity should not be able to be carried out and continued because of the current Covid-19 condition.
