Positive Corona Teacher in Batam Came From the Charitas Cluster

Batam - Corona positive patient number 31 in Batam, Riau Islands is known to work as a teacher with the initials GM (36). He was exposed to his colleague who was patient number 18.

From Batamnews insides, the GM exposed to Covid-19 is from the Charitas elementary school cluster. He contracted from patient number 18 who was declared cured on May 1, 2020.

Batam Mayor HM Rudi said the patient 18 was a 29-year-old woman, and was a teacher. He is known to make close contact with positive patients who have previously died.

GM is known to have close contact with 18 patients who had previously been declared cured.

"He has accompanied 18 patients while being treated at a private hospital in Batam Center," said Rudi, Monday (04/05/2020)
