Minister Tjahjo Kumolo Reveals The Reasons for His Anger at The Radisson Hotel

Batam - Minister of Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reforms (PAN-RB) Tjahjo Kumolo, conveyed complaints about service at Radisson Golf & Convention Center, Batam, Riau Islands.

According to Tjahjo, regarding about his statement ‘Radisson Hotel is liar' is to remind Radisson Hotel management that must to be more professional in serving guest.

"My complaint is just to remind that Batam is a tourism place and investment destination," said Tjahjo Kumolo on Thursday (02/13/2020).

Tjahjo also reminds that not only hotels, but the local government, restaurants, and hospitals, and everything must be give the best service.

Regarding about the incident in resignation of the evaluation results of the Government Institution Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) 2019. He hopes, the management hotel did not do the same thing to the other guest or event.

Good service without distinguishing, that’s the most important in service guest at hotel

"Don't distinguish between Indonesian citizens and foreigners," said Tjahjo Kumolo.
