The Government of Meranti, Riau Province, was doing a collaboration with Karimun Government, Riau Province.
Regent of Meranti, Irwan Nasir, said  the collaboration purposes Meranti’s citizen in Karimun to be better, especially in health, demography, and so on.

"Of course, the government provides medical facilities and guaranteeing medical costs for only Meranti’s citizen," said Irwan, Thursday (06/02/2020).
Meranti’s citizen will get the free medical facilities in Karimun, especially  if they get a recommendations letter. “If they have the letter of poor citizen, it must be get the free medical cost," he said.

Meanwhile, Regent of Karimun, Aunur Rafiq, said the collaboration will be focus on medical cost administration and demography.

“To do a collaboration between local government in health, civil registry service and vice versa. It purposes there is a new efforts that we’ve made for them," Rafiq said. The same collaboration has been doing since from 2012.

“The collaboration has been doing for eight years or since from 2012. Every year must be reviewing. Hopefully, it makes benefit for Karimun and Meranti citizen, " Rafiq said.

The collaboration signing was attended by the Secretary of Karimun Regency, M Firmansyah, functionary of the OPD Karimun and Meranti Regency. (fhm)
