Is a Missing Grandma Got Lost in the Forest?

Natuna - A 79-year-old grandmother from Batu Kilang, Sepempang Village, East Bunguran District, Natuna Regency, Kepri has been missing since Monday (21/9/2020). It was strongly believed that the senile grandmother lost her way and got lost in the forest in the Sejuba area.

The grandson, Oji Hasrul, said that when his grandmother, Tiadi, sometimes forgot the direction of the road home.

"It's already senile and the last time I met on Monday, September 20th, 2020 afternoon, (walking) towards the forest," explained Oji.

The Natuna Search and Relief Office (KPP) together with the Army / Police and the community helped to search Tiadi's grandmother, Wednesday (23/09/2020).

The Rescue Team totaled 5 people headed to the location using safety support equipment. The search involved Composite 1 / GP, TNI AD, Natuna Police, and some Sepempang Village officials and the surrounding community.

They searched around the forest area in the Sejuba area, but until this news was released, the search process resulted in nothing.

The Head of KPP (Basarnas) Natuna, Mexianus Bekabel, appealed to residents to provide information to the rescue team or related family parties if they knew of Tiadi's grandmother.
 
He also said that he would continue the search process while gathering related information.
